Cancellation & Refunds:
Full payment is due at time of sign up to secure your spot in the class.
To receive a refund, please notify me at least 7 days before the class or block begins. Refunds are subject to a $20 administrative fee. There is no refund if I receive notification of your inability to attend class with less than 7 days notice. This ensures that students waiting for spots are not missing class opportunities due to late cancellations.
No-shows forfeit any refund. If the student voluntarily withdraws during a multi-week block, no refunds will be made.
There will be no prorating for unused lessons.
In the event the minimum number of students required for a class do not register, I reserve the right to cancel. In that case, you may transfer your fee to another class or receive a full refund.
If I need to cancel a class, we will make up the class at a day and time that works for all parties.
Make-up Classes: Make up classes will be arranged on a case-by-case basis to a day and time that works for all parties.
Illness: Please do not attend classes when sick.
Class Start Time: Please arrive on time. Class starts at the designated time.
Late Pick-up: Please be on time when picking up your child. I may have another class starting or a client arriving for a fitting.
Inclement Weather and Emergencies: In case of inclement weather or emergencies where class needs to be cancelled, I will text, email and/or call you to let you know. Make-up classes will be offered in accordance with our Make-up Policy.
Food and Drinks: Food and drinks are not allowed in the studio. However, there is a waiting area available if a student needs a snack or drink of water during class.
